Savour extra hour in bed as clocks go back

It's that time of the year again when the clocks go back one hour, and the evenings get darker earlier.

The clocks will 'fall back' at 2am tomorrow - which means all clocks revert to 1am at that time.

It also means an extra hour in bed for those who relish a weekend lie-in.

And the old line to trigger your memory for the different seasons and reset your watch is: "Spring forward, fall back."
