Ryan's daughters tickled pink at charity launch

IT was a day for mothers and daughters as some of Ireland's leading ladies stepped out for a worthy cause.

A host of well-known faces gathered at Marks and Spencer on Dublin's Grafton Street yesterday to launch the Marie Keating Foundation's Breast Cancer Awareness Month and do their bit for charity.

Offering a helping hand were 'Celebrity Apprentice' boss and businesswoman Caroline Downey, who brought along her daughter Storm; RTE host Blathnaid Ni Chofaigh and her mother Nan; and author and columnist Yvonne Joye with her mother Cora Reidy.

It was a family day out with three generations for some, as late broadcaster Gerry Ryan's daughters Bonnie, Lottie and Babs joined mum Morah, as well as their grandmother, Noreen Brennan, for the occasion.
