Ryan Tubridy paid a surprise visit to a family in Holles Street on Monday after being touched by an adorable prayer from a seven-year-old girl named Lauren.

Lauren’s baby sister Holly was born five weeks premature last Tuesday and she has one wish ahead of the Late Late Toy Show on Friday.

The presenter read out the prayer on his RTÉ Radio 1 show today and decided to visit the family in person after the show.

The prayer read:

"Dear God,

“Can I ask that you watch over my new born baby sister Holly so that she will start taking her bottle so that she will be home in time for the Late Late Toy Show.

“Amen".

Holly’s dad Alan Buckley got in touch to say thanks to Tubridy and to let him know that baby Holly is doing well.

The family are hoping that they will be able to bring Holly home by Friday for her first ever Late Late Toy Show.
