Rose of Tralee Elysha Brennan is hoping to encourage teens to feel better about themselves, in a bid to reduce self-harm.

Trravelling around the country she noticed "a recurring theme, especially amongst secondary pupils, that when we would be taking a photo there would be a universal grumble amongst the pupils of 'I'm going to look awful in this, I hate photos, and I look a mess today'," she said. She has started a social media campaign to get people talking about their good points - search hashtag #insideandout.
