The fun began outside the Gaiety Theatre at midday yesterday in aid of the Irish Hospice Foundation.

If you're an early riser, there's even the opportunity to join in with the 'Riverdance' crew for their morning workout routine today - but beware, it's on between 6am and 8am.

If not, the 'Riverdance' troupe will be giving a sneak preview of what's to come in their upcoming show, when they perform some of their numbers.

Riverdancers and Irish dance schools took part throughout the day in order to ensure the dancing never stopped.

The latest 'Riverdance' show, celebrating its 21st birthday, is currently runnig at the Gaiety Theatre and finishes on the September 4.

The Irish Hospice Foundation is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
