Radio legend Dave Fanning to co-host coverage of first-ever 3D rock festival

Dave Fanning will co-present coverage from the Isle of Wight festival for Sky Arts this June (10-12), the world's first rock festival to be broadcast live in 3D, featuring Kings of Leon, Kasabian, Foo Fighters, Plan B and Pulp.
The Irish DJ will join Zoe Ball in hosting live coverage from the sold-out festival, including exclusive behind-the-scenes interviews and footage, which will be broadcast on Sky 3D and Sky Arts 1 HD for Irish and UK audiences.
Coverage begins on June 10.
Family fun at flash car extravaganza
The inaugural Prestige, Sports & Classic Car Sale and Showcase, a mix of the world's most luxurious cars, combined with classic cars, takes place on the weekend of June 25-26 at the National Show Centre, Swords. High-end marques represented at the show will include Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Ferrari and Maserati.
Fun, family activities are planned, including super car shows, a Formula 1 simulator, go-karting, comedy magic shows at 1.30pm and 3.30pm daily, water-zorbing and face painting. See www.carshows.ie for details.
