A FORENSIC examination of the house where a 10-day-old baby boy was present in the hours before his death will continue today.
The Garda Technical Bureau will resume its work at the house in Lusk, north Dublin, as part of a probe into the death of newborn John McCarthy.
It has been suggested that the infant sustained his injuries in an accident, possibly in a fall.
The baby had travelled with his parents from their home in Navan, Co Meath, to the house in Lusk last Thursday night.
A number of adults and children were in the house on the night.
