Power of imagination an uplifting experience

AN interactive engineering programme for youngsters has been launched at Imaginosity, the children's museum.
Last night, Irish Rugby international Rob Kearney announced a three-year sponsorship deal that will see car company Audi support the Engineers' Week initiative at the museum, which is in Sandyford, Dublin.
The programme, aimed at the under- nines, involves a number of "engaging" engineering and scientific workshops that will be available to school groups.
"Imaginosity champions the hands-on, minds-on philosophy that enhances learning and encourages all visitors to get involved and have lots of fun," Orla Kennedy, CEO of the centre, said.
