Port Tunnel reopens following a breakdown

The Port Tunnel has reopened following a truck breakdown.

The tunnel was shut for more than 30 minutes this evening following the breakdown.

A spokesperson for Transport Infrastructure Ireland said emergency crews removed the broken down HGV.

One commuter told independent.ie that a significant tailback had occurred.
