Reilly to be replaced by Varadkar at Health

LEO Varadkar will be the next Minister for Health with James Reilly moving to the Children's Ministry.
Mr Varadkar willl take over from James Reilly, who had been linked with a move to Foreign Affairs.
However, he is now expected to be confirmed in the Children and Public Health Ministry, with an emphasis on tobacco and obesity.
Meanwhile, Labour deputy leader Alan Kelly is the new Minister for the Environment and Housing.
Jan O’Sullivan is the new Education Minister, pipping Kathleen Lynch to the post, it has also emerged.
Alex White is believed to the new Communications Minister, while Heather Humphreys name is now being linked with Arts Minister.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny had been due to make the official confirmation at noon, but we are still waiting.
For Mr Kelly, the swap with Fine Gael for the Foreign Affairs portfolio has seen Labour get the Environment Minister's job.
Environment Minister Phil Hogan is becoming European Commissioner leaving a vacancy.
The move puts Labour in charge of housing, which is a priority for Tanaiste Joan Burton.
