The flowers and Sunday best were out in force in the Dail with the visit of Michel Barnier to address Brexit and Ireland.  But how bad does Brexit have to be, wonders Philip Ryan?  We know where Ireland the European Commission stands but the real test comes after the British election and see where the Tories stand then says Cormac McQuinn.

Next Wednesday will see Enda Kenny finally addressing e issue of when he's stepping down - or will it?  He's survived this long, so what's to say he won't hang around a bit longer?

With news by the day seeming to emerge about the Garda Commissioner and the Garda force, how has the Commissioner survived this long?  Fianna Fail doesn't have the balls to grasp the nettle because they're afraid of a general election being called says Philip Ryan.

Each week on the Floating Voter, INM's political team discuss the main issues affecting Irish politics, bursting the bubble around Leinster House.  New episodes on iTunes and Independent.ie every week.
