Eamon Gilmore lashes says council cuts represent 'breach' of property tax agreement
Outgoing Labour leader Eamon Gilmore has criticised the property tax and proposed cuts to local authorities.
The tanaiste said proposed cuts to council budgets represent a “fundamental breach” of the property tax agreement between the coalition.
