THEY'RE used to fielding hard questions. But last night the country's politicians had to field even harder tackles by journalists in a charity football match for Temple Street Children's Hospital and Concern at the Aviva Stadium.
The Irish Independent contingent included Fiach Kelly and Michael Brennan (in green). The politicians came from behind to draw 2-2 after 90 minutes. Despite their best efforts, the journalists couldn't stop the politicians, who won 4-3 after a penalty shootout.
