Police officers in the UK have released CCTV images in order to trace a group of men after a woman and her daughter were attacked and racially abused on London bus.
Detectives have released images capturing a group of five young men they would like to speak to in connection with a racially aggravated assault on a west London bus.
The alleged incident happened after all five men boarded the bus at Crown Walk, Uxbridge at around 19:45pm on August 8.
Two of the men became involved in an argument with the woman over seating arrangements which culminated in both the woman and her 16-year-old daughter being punched and racially abused by two of the men.
The woman and her daughter did not require medical treatment for their injuries.
These two men are described as white and aged between 16 and 20 years old. One was bare-chested at the time; the other spoke with a strong Irish accent.
The woman's other daughter, an 11-year-old, was also racially abused by the men, but was not physically injured.
Anyone who can identify the men is asked to call Hillingdon Community Safety Unit via 101 quoting reference CRIS.
The incident took place a Route U1 bus. At the time, the bus was on Vine Street, Uxbridge heading in the direction of West Drayton.
