Actress Pauline McLynn got into the festive spirit when she turned out to help the Simon Community launch their Christmas-themed House of Light show.
The event is a festive light projection, with accompanying music, which will illuminate the front of the Powerscourt Townhouse Centre in Dublin until tomorrow evening.
It is part of the Simon Community's 'House of Cards Appeal', which aims to raise much-needed funds for the homeless charity.
Also joining Ms McLynn to unveil this year's offering were retailer Louis Copeland and television presenter Stephen Byrne.
Fans will next see Ms McLynn (51) on-screen over Christmas week, when she looks back on fond memories of her 'Father Ted' co-star Dermot Morgan in a new documentary about the late comedian.
