Patients evacuated from Derry hospital due to blaze

Patients at Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry have been evacuated because of a fire.

A PSNI spokesman said police and fire crews were still at the scene.



The entrances to the hospital at Glenshane Road have been closed to all non emergency personnel.



Several wards have also had to be cleared.



There are no reports of any injuries at this stage.
