O'Reilly is buzzing again
Fine Gael's Joe O'Reilly suffered a setback recently when his mobile phone was stolen in Strasbourg.
The newly elected Cavan-Monaghan TD was in the French city for a meeting of the Council of Europe, the body which runs the European Court of Human Rights.
He stopped to read a text from his wife about a local funeral. He then left down his phone in the reception area of the hotel.
But when Joe went back to find it later, it had vanished. He had to go through the tortuous process of getting people's phone numbers, but is now back in the world of communications again.
