Finance Minister Michael Noonan appears to have found more 'fishy' goings-on.

The Limerick TD opted for some 'art therapy' over the weekend to escape the turbulent times in Government.

He opened a unique exhibition in his native city. The 'PERSONAL CHOICE' exhibition was curated by well known artist John Shinnors to mark Limerick's year as national City of Culture.

The Shinnors exhibition at the Church Gallery in the LSAD Clare Street campus comprises the works of 20 distinguished former students of the Limerick School of Art and Design.

Mr Shinnors said: "The artists I have asked to participate in this exhibition are makers and creators and, while having a lively sense of tradition, all have an imaginative and original response to the subject matter they're engaged with."
