Woman (50s) rushed to hospital following collision with truck

A woman in her 50s was taken to the Mater Hospital in Dublin after her bike collided with a truck.

The accident happened shortly before 8.30am on Wednesday on the Finglas Road near Glasnevin Cemetary.

Her injuries have been described as not life threatening.

A garda spokesperson said no arrests have been made.

Meanwhile, there were reports of a ladder on the M50 southbound after the J15/Kilternan exit this morning.

It has since been removed.

There was also a crash on the M50 southbound between the Blanchardstown and Lucan exits, which has now been cleared.
