Woman (45) arrested in connection with murder of man found in slurry tank

A 45-year-old woman was arrested today in connection with the investigation into the murder of Bobby Ryan.

Mr Ryan's body was found in a disused slurry tank at the rear of a property at Fawnagowan, Tipperary town on the April 30, last year.

The woman is currently detained under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act at Tipperary town Garda Station.

Mr Ryan's body was discovered almost two years after he went missing.
