The Taoiseach was confronted by water charge protesters in Dublin today.
Up to 20 demonstrators surrounded his car as he attempted to leave St. Joseph's in Raheny this afternoon. Some called him a 'traitor'.
One man was arrested following a stand off with a plain-clothed police man. He was taken to Raheny garda station.
Mr Kenny had been attending the official opening of the hospital.
He stopped to speak some of the protesters and they angrily called for his resignation.
The group walked around his car as he left the hospital campus.
After a few minutes, Mr Kenny took out a notebook and pen and appeared to take the details of one of the protesters.
