Two men arrested after gardai discover drugs worth €22k and firearm

Gardai have arrested two men after drugs worth €22,000 and a firearm were found at a premises in Co Dublin.

The two men (30s) are detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Kevin Street Garda station. 

During the search operation, a man in his 20s was also arrested on foot of a bench warrant has been brought before the courts.

Gardaí from the Division, supported by Gardaí from the Armed Support Unit, Emergency Response Unit, and Operation Support Unit (Mounted and Dog Units) carried out the searches.
