Three men to appear in court as part of investigation into dissident republican activity

Three men arrested as part of an investigation into dissident republican activity will appear before the Special Criminal Court tomorrow.
The men - aged in their mid 20s to late 30s - were arrested in Co Limerick by gardai attached to the Special Detective Unit on October 31.
Members of the Emergency Response Unit assisted in the arrests at Kyletaun, Rathkeale shortly before 2am on Saturday.
The three men were detained at Henry Street Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act, 1939 as amended.
Two cars, one believed to be subject of an unauthorised taking, were stopped and searched by officers.
A firearm and ammunition, subject to ballistic examination, were discovered and seized.
The men remain in Garda custody.
