DUBLIN City Council has opened the first of three of its new park cafes in Harold's Cross Park. Noshington will operate the cafe and others will open in Herbert Park and St Patrick's Park in the coming months. Pictured at the opening are Cllr Mary Freehill, Lizzie O'Sullivan from Noshington Cafe and Les Moore, Dublin City parks superintendent, with local children Oisin Archie Borges, Hanah May, Freya Sirr and Leena May.
