Rescue pooch Dottie gives birth by c-section to seven little puppies
Here's a story to give you that Friday feeling.
Meet Dottie the dog, who was in a very bad way and heavily pregnant when she landed on the ISPCA's door.
The pooch was given urgent veterinary care, nutritious food, clean drinking water and a nice warm bed at the charity's National Animal Centre.
Earlier this week, Dottie gave birth by emergency C-section to seven little puppies, much to the relief of charity workers.
"We were relieved they were all okay. We dreaded to think what could have happened to Dottie and to her new born puppies if we were not there to provide urgent veterinary care," the charity said through a statement.
"Dottie is a fantastic mum and now we hope you can help us name the puppies."
