IRISH football management team Martin O'Neill and Roy Keane were left holding the baby when they dropped into Temple Street Children's Hospital.
Ahead of tonight's friendly against Oman, the pair spent almost three hours meeting children and staff at the Dublin hospital. A spokeswoman for the hospital said Roy and Martin were "unbelievable".
They "went around to every single ward and spoke to every child they came across", she said. "We had been chatting to the FAI to see whether they would come in as a treat to the patients. It was a very simple visit and hopefully the start of more to come."
