CELEBRATION: The happy Dublin man plans to celebrate with his fiancée this weekend.

A lucky young South Dublin man got his weekend off to a flying start by picking up a cheque for €350,000 at National Lottery offices this afternoon.

“It couldn’t have happened at a better time as I’m getting married next year!”  said the delighted Dubliner as he celebrated his big news with a glass of champagne in the Winners Room at National Lottery offices today.

“When I first checked my ticket I thought it was €35,000 – which would have been great.  But then found out it was €350,000, which is amazing!” he said.

“The first thing I’ll do is pay off the mortgage.”

The happy Dublin man plans to celebrate with his fiancée this weekend.
