Man hospitalised after being struck by bus near Dublin's city centre
A man has been hospitalised after being struck by a bus in Dublin city on Monday morning.
The incident occurred at Gardiner Place in Dublin 1 shortly before 10am.
A garda spokesperson told independent.ie that the man has been removed to the Mater Hospital for treatment.
The extent of his injuries are as yet unknown.
The area around Gardiner Place, close to Mountjoy Square, was closed off while emergency services attended the scene.
