GARDAI have joined in the Garth Brooks fun, and said that they are seeking the public's assistance in establishing the whereabouts of an American male who was last seen in Dublin earlier this year.
In a message filled with puns posted on the garda social media page last night, gardai said they were trying to find the man who was last seen at Croke Park on January 20, the day "The Thunder Rolled".
"The man is known to have 'Friends in Low Places' and is often seen 'Standing Outside the Fire' and was due to attend 'The Dance'. When last seen he was heard saying 'He Ain't Going Down til the Sun Comes Up'"
Gardai said Brooks has a "southern American accent" and that he sports a Stetson hat".
