Witnesses at the scene said that an elderly gentleman appeared to be confused and  drove into the back of another car, which then flipped over a three-foot wall and landed on its roof. Miraculously, nobody was injured in the incident but emergency services attended the scene and the driver was treated for shock.

The incident was not connected to the selection.
