Gardai have renewed their appeal in the search for missing woman Kathleen Reilly.
The Athlone woman has been missing since last Thursday and was last seen walking towards Coosan with her dog.
Ms Reilly left her home at Coosan Point Road on Thursday around 11am to go for a walk with her dog on land at the back of her home.
This was part of her daily routine but her brother raised the alarm when her dog returned later in the day alone.
She was last seen near the Primary Care Centre in Clonbrusk at 2.30pm that day.
At the time of her disappearance, the 74-year-old was last seen wearing a long black coat and black knee length boots.
Described as being 5 foot tall, of small build and with grey hair, Ms Reilly often wears red/brown framed glasses.
Gardai have searched near Lough Ree since last week in the hopes of tracing the whereabouts of 74-year-old.
Anyone who has seen Kathleen or who can assist in locating her is asked to contact Athlone Garda Station on 090-6498550 or any Garda Station.
