A MURDER investigation is underway after a man was stabbed in a housing complex in north east inner city Dublin.
The man, who was described as in his 50s, was wounded in an altercation in a flat in Ballybough House, off Poplar Row, in Dublin.
Two men, aged 53 and 46, were arrested and have been taken to Mountjoy Garda Station for questioning after the emergency services were called at 5pm.
The injured man was taken to the Mater Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
