Mum and one-week-old baby located safe and well after gardai appeal

A young mum and her one-week-old baby who were the subject of gardai search have been located safe and well.

Yesterday evening gardai revealed that they had located Paige Holland (23), who also goes by the name Abbie Goodier or Paige Goodier, and her daughter Nevaeh Goodier or Tighe in Co Tipperary.

They are both safe and well and the family are now asking for privacy, a gardai statement said

Garda Síochána thanked the public for their assistance in helping to find the young mum and her infant daughter.

Gardaí are currently liaising with TUSLA in relation to this incident.

The young mother left their home at Westview in the village of Cloonfad in Co Roscommon last Friday and was the subject of a gardai search.
