Motorcycle collision kills 34-year-old man

Gardai are appealing for information in a single road traffic accident which occured earlier today.

A 34-year-old has been killed after a single vehicle collision in Navan, Co. Meath when his motorcycle crashed into a wall.

At approximately 4:35pm today, he was rushed to Our Lady's Hospital Navan after a collision on the Windtown-Ratholdran Rd in Navan for serious injuries.

He was pronounced dead at hospital soon after.

Gardai are appealing for witnesses regarding the single vehicle collision, and the scene is currently cordoned off while investigators perform technical examination.
