Mansfields to be quizzed on assets

CITYWEST Hotel owner Jim Mansfield and two of his sons will be cross-examined in the High Court on their assets, writes Ray Managh.

Orders were granted yesterday requiring Mr Mansfield and his sons Anthony and Patrick to explain what debts may be owing to them or their company HSS, trading as Citywest Hotel.

They will also be quizzed on any other properties they or their company may own.

Barrister Robert Beatty, for former Citywest Hotel general manager John Glynn, told the court his client had obtained an interlocutory injunction directing the defendants to reinstate his salary.

Mr Glynn's case had been settled with an outstanding legal costs bill of €166,000 which had not been paid.
