Two men fled after attempting to kill Michael Frazier outside a pub in Firhouse, just before 9pm.

The gun used in the attempted hit was later found by gardai.

Mr Frazier was shot in the face and neck just four months ago - and miraculously managed to drive himself to a garda station.

The 34-year-old was shot a number of times in Clondalkin.

Gardai in Rathfarnham have made no arrests and investigations are ongoing

They are appealing for witnesses to the attack to come forward.
