Man remanded in custody charged with threatening to kill Peter Robinson

A 34-YEAR-OLD man has been remanded in custody charged with threatening to kill Northern Ireland's First Minister Peter Robinson.

Darren Scott, from Croft Court in east Belfast, was charged with threatening to kill Mr Robinson and improper use of an electronic communications network.

Scott, who is unemployed, made no reply when the charges were put to him at Newtownards Magistrates' Court.
