Man dies in Donegal after fishing vessel sank

A Donegal fisherman has died after his fishing vessel sank off the Inishowen Head.
The man, whose age and name have not yet been released, was spotted by another fisherman at approximately 10am this morning.
A local man contracted the Malin Head Coast Guard after he spotted the wreckage off Inishowen Head near Greencastle in Donegal.
His body was taken to Greencastle Coast Guard Station by officials.
The Coast Guard initially thought others may have been on board, but have confirmed to Independent.ie that he was the only occupant.
Rescue teams from five different coast guards were involved in the search.
