A 30-year-old man has died following a fatal collision in North Dublin last night.
The accident involving two cars happened on Moyne Road in Baldoyle shortly after 10.40pm.
It’s understood one of the cars crashed into a nearby wall.
The victim, who was the sole occupant in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardai are investigating if heavy rain and poor visibility was a factor in the collision.
The stretch of road was closed this morning to allow an examination by Garda forensic collision investigators and diversions were put in place.
The road was expected to be re-opened this morning.
The collision is being investigated by gardai in Howth.
