Man arrested after incident in Dublin city centre sees severe traffic disruption

A MAN has been arrested after an incident in Dublin city centre which resulted in severe traffic disruption.

A man, believed to be in his early 20s, was on top of the Ulster Bank building at College Green.

The entire area was cleared off with Garda crime scene tape.

He was there for almost four hours.

Two fire trucks, members of the fire brigade and several Gardai were on scene.

It is understood that he then made his way across the top of neighbouring buildings before scaling the roof of the Ulster Bank.

No one was injured in the incident.
