Man (36) treated for stab wounds and two arrested in Galway

TWO men were arrested in Galway after a man was stabbed in the city last night.

The incident happened at 9pm at Mallon Avenue, Mervue when a 36-year-old man was injured. He was taken by ambulance to University College Hospital where his condition is described as non life threatening.



The two arrested men are being held at Mill Street Garda Station.
