Marcell Seeley, 34, was found dead in his ground floor flat in the Dingwell Park area of Craigavon on Tuesday.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday night in the Craigavon area. He has been taken to Musgrave Street police station in Belfast.

It is understood Mr Seeley's body lay undiscovered in the property in Taghnevan estate for a number of days

Police Service of Northern Ireland Detective Chief Inspector Eamonn Corrigan, who is leading the murder inquiry, appealed for information.

He said: "If anyone saw anything unusual in the Dingwell Park area in recent days, we would like them to contact detectives at Mahon Road police station by calling the non-emergency number 101."
