Line reopens after man is struck by Dublin-Belfast train

A man was struck by a train just north of Dundalk this afternoon.

The incident involved the 14:05 train from Belfast Central Station to Dublin Connolly.

A spokesperson for Iarnrod Eireann said that passengers on the train were transferred to buses following the incident.

The line has since reopened.
