Judge remands Noonan accused

A MAN charged with falsely imprisoning murdered father-of-one Ciaran Noonan was further remanded in custody yesterday.
Mr Noonan (29) was abducted in Dublin after an assault in the East Wall area. His remains were discovered dumped in a field in Co Meath.
Yesterday Mark Allen (33), who recently resided in Baylis Village, Johnstown, Navan, Co Meath, made his second appearance in relation to the false imprisonment charge at Cloverhill District Court in Dublin.
Judge David McHugh further remanded him in custody to appear again on December 13.
