THERE is already a heavy garda presence around Dublin city centre in preparation for this afternoon’s budget.
A Large amount of gardai are present outside Leinster house as a small amount of protesters have started to gather.
Hundreds of people are travelling from around the country to attend the protests.
Gardai have also established a presence on Dublin’s O’Connell bridge, a central artery through the city.
On the first day of the new Dail term protestors blocked the bridge, hampering thousands of commuters in their journey home.
Thousands of commuters were left stranded as Dublin Bus had to halt services due to the protest.
