Online auction company eBay have informed Graham Dwyer's ex-girlfriend that she cannot sell the convicted murderer's love letters via their site.
The company have stated that Victoria Andreenkova cannot legally be allowed to profit from her ex-partner's crime.
eBay said that such letters violated their 'Violent Materials' policy.
The internet giant explained that such items 'can be deeply offensive to the families and friends of victims,' and for that reason they had to be removed.
Victoria revealed that she felt extremely shocked when Graham first wrote to her in May 2015.
"I didn't realise who it was at first," she recently told the Irish Daily Star.
"When I realised who the letter was from I puked several times. I couldn't stop.
"The next thing I remember thinking is that he could break in."
She admits that she met and kissed Dwyer (43) at the Midlands Prison in June 2015, but says that she has 'no interest' in the relationship any longer.
Victoria confirmed that she has now found love with someone else.
She had hoped to raise €20,000 to assist her in paying for legal costs.
Graham Dwyer is currently appealing his conviction for the murder of Elaine O'Hara.
It is thought that his appeal will be heard in January 2016.
