Getting the hang of street art for Dublin festival

WEDGED in doorways or draped over trees, urban performers appeared to defy gravity as they stunned passers-by in the capital.

The talented acrobats posed as human structures to brighten up the streets, as part of the Dublin Dance Festival.

Twenty local performers have been recruited to participate in Austrian artist Cie Willi Dorner's 'Bodies in Urban Spaces' act, which will create a chain of body sculptures along a trail through the city.

The hour-long event, being held today and tomorrow, is part of the Dublin Dance Festival, which is now in its 10th year.
