GARDAI are to take no further action over an internet video showing two Irish schoolgirls engaged in a vicious 'phone fight' in a public park.
The revelation came as the Irish Independent learned that three teens suspended by Christ the King secondary school in Cork are unlikely to face expulsion.
The teens are now expected to return to their studies once their suspension is served and they are handed a stern warning about their behaviour.
The three girls were suspended by the school on October 12 after an investigation was launched into the shocking video footage.
The clip showed two teens, both of whom can be identified, punching and grappling on the ground as their violent dispute is filmed by a dozen excited onlookers, some with camera phones.
