Gardai investigate after cyclist dies in crash with car

GARDAI are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was killed following a collision with a car.

The crash occurred  on the N30 in the townland of Moneytucker, Clonroche, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, at 3.45pm yesterday.

The 40-year-old cyclist died at scene and his body was taken to Wexford General Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

The driver of the car, who is in his early 20s, and his three passengers were uninjured.
