AN investigation has been launched after a woman claimed she was abducted and drugged by a gang of three men.
Gardai have launched a major investigation into the 20-year-old's allegations after she walked into a garda station yesterday and made the claims.
A section of the car park at South County Business Park in Leopardstown, Dublin, was sealed off yesterday morning.
It is understood that the Romanian woman, who works as a cleaner, told detectives that she was drugged and brought to a beach.
Gardai are anxious to re-trace her movements prior to her disappearance. A senior source said that gardai do not believe that the young woman was sexually assaulted in the incident and she has no major injuries.
